How much does AQS Soft HMIS cost?
It is billed per patient served each month. The software-only plan runs from Rs 25 per patient (up to 1,000 monthly patients) down to Rs 10 per patient (15,001–20,000). The managed plan with hardware runs from Rs 50 down to Rs 20. Minimum monthly billing is Rs 25,000. All 18 modules and unlimited users are included in both plans.
Which departments does it cover?
Front desk and OPD, appointments, laboratory, radiology and ultrasound, in-patient wards, operation theatre, NICU, hospital pharmacy, retail pharmacy POS, stores and procurement, insurance panel and Sehat Card billing, accounting and finance, cash counter control, HR, biometric attendance and payroll, dashboards, a patient app, an owner app and an AI accounting assistant.
Does it support Sehat Card billing?
Yes. Sehat Card patients are handled across OT, NICU and pharmacy, with doctor-wise claim settlements, cheque tracking, pharmacy claim batches with tax calculation, and AI-assisted import of government claim PDFs matched to each patient's MR number.
Is there a limit on users or computers?
No. Pricing is based only on patients served. Add unlimited users, roles, counters and departments at no extra cost.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. It runs on your local network and keeps working during outages. Internet is only needed for WhatsApp delivery, Google Drive backups and the mobile apps, which resume automatically.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes. It is real double-entry accounting: a four-level chart of accounts, payment, receipt, journal and cash vouchers, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet and profit & loss — with every patient transaction flowing into it automatically.
How long does setup take?
Installation, configuration, price-list and chart-of-accounts setup and staff training are included. Most hospitals are live on the front desk and lab within the first week and roll out the remaining departments in stages.
